I completed my Ph.D in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, (Troy, NY USA) in May 1997.
My doctoral research was performed at the Center for Image Processing Research(CIPR), and involved the application of optical flow techniques to video coding and motion compensated processing.
