Three versions of the MC-EZBC video coder software are available:

This
software has been made available
for academic and research purposes. It may not be used, modified or
distributed for commercial purposes without the written
permission of the copyright and patent holders. This software provided
as is, without any express or implied warranty, and without the
warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. All three versions were
written using Visual C++ version 6, and will not compile in version 7
without changes. The RWTH-MC-EZBC version also has a makefile that
works for gcc (g++). Additional details and instructions for
use may
be found in the "README" directory in each archive.
